Appointments

Booking: Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or in person. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred time and technician.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or text message once your appointment is booked. Please review the details to ensure accuracy.

Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to avoid delays for other clients
Service Guarantee

Satisfaction: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before you leave the salon, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Service Redo: If you experience any issues with your service within 3 days, please contact us for a complimentary redo. Redos are performed by the same technician unless otherwise requested.

Payments and Gratuities
We accept cash, major credit cards, and mobile payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings secure and with you at all times.
